The two most common causes of structural damage are fires and water intrusion.

Below is an outline of the process for a fire damage situation:

Fire Damage – The project manager meets at the site with the owner, insurance company rep and an engineer. The engineer develops a structural plan to outline how damage will be repaired to comply with current building regulations. The engineer and foreman coordinate approval of plans, obtain building permits, and schedule required inspections. Fire Damage reconstruction relies on may factors as material deliveries, permits and inspections, weather and equipment availability can delay the demolition and repair schedule. Our foremen are trained to consider all these aspects in order to complete job on budget and on time.

At the end of all our reconstruction projects when all repairs are finished, our team conducts a final review with the owner to approve the completed work.
